A7 Intégration, a specialist in engineering, precision machining and integration for the aerospace, energy, transportation and medical sectors, is opening the doors of its Granby facilities for a hiring day.

Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at 849 rue Moeller, Granby.

A7 Intégration is growing and hiring for both of its sites: Granby and its new plant in Bromont. The hiring day takes place in Granby, for all positions.

Open positions

CNC Machinist · Bromont

$28 to $40 an hour, with shift premiums. You operate CNC machining centres, perform setups and adjustments, and check part conformity with precision measuring instruments. DEP in machining or equivalent training, and experience operating CNC machines. Weekday evening or night shifts, and weekend day or night shifts.

CNC Production Operator · Bromont

$25 to $38.88 an hour, with shift premiums. You operate CNC machines according to established procedures and programs, check part conformity with measuring instruments and report anomalies or production deviations. The role does not include setup or programming. No CNC machining experience is required: if you have hands-on work experience in a manufacturing setting and the ability to read blueprints, A7 Intégration will train you for a career in aerospace. Evening, night and weekend shifts.

Quality Control Inspector · Bromont

$24 to $37.78 an hour, with shift premiums. You check part conformity against standards and tolerances, complete quality documentation and work with production to correct deviations. Experience in quality inspection or machining, blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T); experience with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is an asset. Day, evening or weekend day shifts.

Quality Control Technician · Granby, day shift

You manage non-conformances, establish inspection plans and propose continuous improvement solutions with production. Training in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field, and 3 to 5 years of experience in quality control. Flexible day hours, Monday to Friday, with a possible annual bonus.

Assembly Supervisor · Granby, day shift

Starting at $80,000 a year. You coordinate assembly operations, lead your team and make sure procedures and quality requirements are followed. Supervisory or hands-on leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in assembly.

Quality Control Supervisor · Granby, day shift

$85,000 to $100,000 a year. You manage and coordinate inspection activities and ensure the conformity of parts, assemblies and processes. DEP or DEC in mechanics, quality, aerospace or machining, and solid experience in inspection or quality control. Flexible day hours, Monday to Friday.

Project Manager · Granby, day shift

$85,000 to $115,000 a year, plus an annual bonus. You lead precision machining projects, from analyzing customer needs to delivering parts: schedules, budgets and team coordination. Training in mechanical engineering or a related field, 10 to 15 years of experience managing manufacturing projects, bilingual in French and English.
