Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate responses to clients' specific requests for customization of their aircraft. This includes gathering technical impacts, schedules and costs. You will interface with internal teams (engineering, methods, commercial teams, etc.) and external parties (suppliers).
  • Consolidate the definition of the change scope and the conditions for offerability.
  • Draft commercial proposals.
  • Ensure and inform Programme teams of the progress of studies and adherence to milestones and expected deliverables.
  • Be organized and implement project management best practices. Be able to manage priorities and overcome challenges.
  • Anticipate disruptions and, if necessary, carry out corrective actions. Escalate issues when required.

Requirements / Profile

Your profile:

  • You are positive and adaptable with very good interpersonal skills, an open mindset and a strong ability to work in a team.
  • You have an advanced level of French and English and can work in a multicultural environment.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree or a diploma in engineering or management.
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management in industry or in managing technical products.
  • You have experience in customization management, ideally in aerospace and aircraft interiors, and an understanding of aircraft architecture.
  • You have a customer-focused mindset. Experience in customer relations is an asset.
