Job Description

Your challenges:

• Coordinate the response to specific customer requests for the customization of their aircraft. This includes gathering technical, planning, and cost impacts. You will interface with internal teams (engineering, methods, sales, etc.) and external teams (suppliers).
• Consolidate the definition of the change scope and offerability conditions.
• Draft commercial proposals.
• Ensure and inform Program teams of the progress of studies and compliance with milestones and expected deliverables.
• Be organized and implement good project management practices. Be able to manage priorities and overcome difficulties.
• Anticipate disruptions and, if necessary, lead necessary recovery actions. Escalate issues when required.

Requirements

Your profile:

• You are positive and adaptable, with very strong interpersonal skills, an open mindset, and a great ability to work in a team.
• You have an advanced level of French and English and are able to work in a multicultural environment.
• You hold a bachelor's degree, or a degree in engineering or management.
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management within industry or technical product management.
• You have experience in customization management, ideally in aeronautics and aircraft interiors, and an understanding of aircraft architecture.
• You have a customer-centric mindset. Customer-facing experience is an asset.
