A220 VSM - Operational Performance Analyst

In your role, you will be required to optimize the efficiency of A220 assembly processes by analyzing data and KPIs (quality, costs, deadlines), identifying performance gaps, proposing recommendations based on advanced analyses, and collaborating with operational teams to improve profitability.

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

• Collect performance data from various sources and ensure their quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Design, develop, and maintain databases, dashboards, and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress against company objectives.
• Analyze performance using statistical tools (Skywise, Power BI, Python) to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of performance issues.
• Prepare and present clear reports and data visualizations to stakeholders, formulating data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments (Operations, Quality, Finance, HR) to optimize performance and contribute to strategic planning and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the development of forecasting models, scenario analysis, and data process documentation.

As the ideal candidate,

• You possess relevant experience in data analysis, performance measurement, or a similar role.
• You are proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Skywise, Python, or R.
• You have knowledge of data warehouses, cloud analytics, or performance management platforms.
• You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• You have the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• You are able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• You have experience in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating measurement frameworks.
