Job Description

In your role, you will need to optimize the efficiency of A220 assembly processes by analyzing data and KPIs (quality, costs, deadlines), identify performance gaps, propose recommendations based on advanced analyses, and collaborate with operational teams to improve profitability.

In your duties, you will be required to:

  • Collect performance data from various sources and ensure its quality, consistency, and accuracy.

  • Design, develop, and maintain databases, dashboards, and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress against company objectives.

  • Analyze performance using statistical tools (Skywise, Power BI, Python) to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of performance issues.

  • Prepare and present clear reports and data visualizations to stakeholders, formulating data-driven recommendations for process improvement.

  • Collaborate with different departments (Operations, Quality, Finance, HR) to optimize performance and contribute to strategic planning and improvement initiatives.

  • Participate in the development of forecasting models, scenario analyses, and data process documentation.

Requirements

As an ideal candidate,

  • You have relevant experience in data analysis, performance measurement, or a similar role.

  • You master data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Skywise, Python, or R.

  • You have knowledge of data warehouses, cloud analytics, or performance management platforms.

  • You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.

  • You have the ability to communicate complex results clearly and concisely to various audiences.

  • You are able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

  • You have experience in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating measurement frameworks.
