In your role, you will be required to optimize the efficiency of A220 assembly processes by analyzing data and KPIs (quality, costs, delays), identify performance gaps, propose recommendations based on advanced analyses, and collaborate with operational teams to improve profitability.
In your duties, you will be called upon to:
- Collect performance data from various sources and ensure their quality, consistency, and accuracy.
- Design, develop, and maintain databases, dashboards, and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress against company objectives.
- Analyze performance using statistical tools (Skywise, Power BI, Python) to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of performance issues.
- Prepare and present clear reports and data visualizations to stakeholders, formulating data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
- Collaborate with different departments (Operations, Quality, Finance, HR) to optimize performance and contribute to strategic planning and improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the development of forecasting models, the realization of scenario analyses, and the documentation of data processes.
