As part of an exclusive mandate for an innovative light aviation player, AAA Canada is recruiting meticulous and passionate Mechanical Assemblers to contribute to the manufacture of high-precision mechanical modules at the core of a next-generation electric propulsion technology.

Recently established at Saint-Hubert Airport, this state-of-the-art production site is a pillar of the ecological transition of air transport. The international-scale project combines cutting-edge Swiss engineering, advanced automation and strict aerospace quality standards.

You will join a multidisciplinary team motivated by a common goal: to make aviation cleaner, quieter and more sustainable.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and fit mechanical sub-assemblies according to technical drawings and internal procedures.
  • Use hand and pneumatic tools to carry out assembly operations.
  • Perform basic visual inspections: alignment, appearance, marking.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams.
  • Identify non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Profile

  • DEP, DEC or equivalent in industrial mechanics, assembly or aerospace.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in mechanical or structural assembly (ideally in a technology or aerospace sector).
  • Ability to read technical drawings and a good understanding of production instructions.
  • Knowledge of fastening processes (rivets, bolts, etc.).
  • Ability to perform basic visual inspections with precision.
  • Rigour, autonomy and good team spirit.
  • French proficiency required, both spoken and written.
