- Efficiently execute all commercial aircraft maintenance activities on demand in the hangar and on the ramp;
- Ensure all aircraft documentation is duly completed;
- Ensure that each component installed on the aircraft is certified;
- Perform duties and responsibilities outlined in the Maintenance Service Control Manual and ensure compliance with standard Transport Canada regulations;
- Participate in training courses as assigned by management;
- Adhere to the SMS (Safety Management System) policy;
- Maintain and ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times;
- Assist in all other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Valid Transport Canada M2 category license;
- Minimum of five (5) years of previous experience;
- Dash 8 100-300 and Dash 8 Q400 certifications an asset;
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong organizational skills;
- Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Attention to detail;
- Have a positive attitude;
- Good team spirit;
- Good communication skills.
EDUCATION:
- Aircraft maintenance technician diploma or equivalent.
