Responsibilities
- Perform all requested maintenance activities on commercial aircraft efficiently in the hangar and on the ramp;
- Ensure all aircraft documentation is properly completed;
- Ensure each component installed on aircraft is certified;
- Carry out the tasks and responsibilities described in the Maintenance Service Control Manual and ensure compliance with Transport Canada standard regulations;
- Participate in training courses as assigned by management;
- Comply with the SMS (Safety Management System) policy;
- Maintain and ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times;
- Assist with other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and required skills
- Valid Transport Canada M2 licence;
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience;
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong organizational skills;
- Good organizational sense and ability to work under pressure;
- Attention to detail;
- Positive attitude;
- Good team spirit;
- Good communication skills.
Education
- Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Technology or equivalent.
