DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Maintenance Service Manager YQA

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficiently perform all commercial aircraft maintenance activities as requested in the hangar and on the ramp;
• Ensure that all aircraft documents are properly completed;
• Ensure that each component installed on the aircraft is certified;
• Carry out the duties and responsibilities described in the Maintenance Service Control Manual and ensure compliance with Transport Canada standard regulations;
• Participate in training courses as assigned by management;
• Respect the SMS policy ("Safety Management System");
• Maintain and ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times;
• Assist in all other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Valid Transport Canada M2 category license;
• Minimum of five (5) years of previous experience;
• 737 Max, A320 and 747 certifications an asset;
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate strong organizational skills;
• Good organizational sense and ability to work under pressure;
• Attention to detail;
• Have a positive attitude;
• Good team spirit;
• Good communication skills.

EDUCATION:

• Aircraft Maintenance Technician diploma or equivalent.
