Job Description
- Contribute to procurement activities, manage calls for tenders, and negotiate contracts to obtain the best purchasing conditions in accordance with company requirements, both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor contracts with suppliers and company stakeholders during innovation, development, mass production, and support phases, to ensure full application of contractual terms throughout the contract lifecycle and to ensure suppliers achieve expected performance levels in logistics, support, quality, and costs.
- Manage daily relationships with suppliers and ongoing projects to optimize customer value while minimizing total cost of ownership and risks.
- Participate in multifunctional and multi-divisional teams throughout the tendering, negotiation, contracting, and contract lifecycle management phases.
- This position requires awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, essential foundations for the company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commerce, or a related field.
- You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in strategic procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, ideally in an aerospace environment.
- You possess excellent negotiation skills and are able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- You have a solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, supplier relationship management, and risk management.
- You are comfortable in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate effectively with teams such as engineering, quality, logistics, finance, and program management.
- You demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- You are recognized for your organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Experience with SAP or another ERP system is an asset.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English.
- Experience in the aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing sectors is a significant asset.
