Job Description
- Contribute to procurement activities, manage calls for tenders, and negotiate contracts to obtain the best purchasing conditions in accordance with company requirements, with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure contract follow-up with suppliers and company stakeholders during innovation, development, series production, and support phases, to guarantee full application of contractual terms throughout the contract life cycle and ensure suppliers achieve expected performance levels in logistics, support, quality, and costs.
- Manage daily relations with suppliers and ongoing projects to optimize customer value while minimizing total cost of ownership and risks.
- Participate in cross-functional and multi-divisional teams throughout the tender, negotiation, contracting, and contract life cycle management phases.
- This position requires awareness of potential compliance risks as well as a commitment to act with integrity, essential foundations for the success, reputation, and sustainable growth of the company.
Your Profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, commerce, or a related field.
- You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in strategic procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, ideally in an aerospace environment.
- You possess excellent negotiation skills and are able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- You have a solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, supplier relationship management, and risk management.
- You are comfortable in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate effectively with teams such as engineering, quality, logistics, finance, and program management.
- You demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- You are recognized for your organizational sense, autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You master the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP or another ERP system is an asset.
- You possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English.
- Experience in the aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing sectors is a significant asset.
