Position Description
- Contribute to procurement activities, manage tenders and negotiate contracts to secure the best purchasing terms in line with company requirements, working with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor contracts with suppliers and company stakeholders during innovation, development, serial production and support phases to ensure full application of contractual terms throughout the contract lifecycle and ensure suppliers meet expected performance levels in logistics, support, quality, costs and other indicators.
- Manage daily supplier and project relationships to optimize customer value while minimizing total cost of ownership and risk.
- Participate in cross-functional and cross-division teams throughout tendering, negotiation, contracting and contract lifecycle management phases.
Your Profile
- You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, commerce or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or supply chain management, ideally in the aerospace sector.
- You have excellent negotiation skills and can establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- You have a solid understanding of procurement processes, contract management, supplier relationship management and risk management.
- You are comfortable in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate effectively with teams such as engineering, quality, logistics, finance and program management.
- You demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- You are known for your organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP or another ERP system is an asset.
- You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English.
- Experience in aerospace, aviation or manufacturing sectors is a strong asset.
