In your duties, you will be called upon to:
- Consolidate all cross-functional activities of the team (projects / Planning / Costs / Risks & Opps) per commodity.
- Set up and manage the governance as well as the calendar of the team's activities (Roadmap review, internal governance, Interaction SteerCo...)
- Support the deployment of the team dashboard and drive the pace of activities.
- Occasionally perform governance implementation for new projects including: meeting structure, project tracking system including key performance indicators and action tracking.
- Participate in the development of the roadmap and the annual plan for the evolution of purchasing strategies.
- Contribute to sourcing activities, manage tenders and contract negotiations in order to obtain the best purchasing conditions in accordance with the Company's requirements.
- Monitor the contract (during the innovation, development, production and support phases) with suppliers and internal partners of the Company in order to ensure full application of the terms and conditions of the contract throughout its duration and guarantee that the deliverables provided by the service providers comply in all respects with the expected performance (logistics, support, quality, cost, etc.).
- Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and ongoing projects to maximize customer value, while minimizing TCO (total cost of ownership) and risk.
- Lead one or more Sub-MFT and Participate in MFTs/MDTs (multi-functional/multi-divisional teams) throughout the tendering, negotiation and contract execution phases.
- Contribute to the implementation of digital solutions
- Comply with Airbus procedural documents.
As the ideal candidate,
- Possess a degree equivalent or higher to a master's degree in management, project management, purchasing or a related field;
- Experience in the field of supply, preferably more than (8) years in the aeronautical field. (Procurement & SC - Buyer Aerospace - Medium / Senior)
- Effective contractual knowledge and international negotiator with proven commercial and contractual experience, as well as legal knowledge.
- Minimum of (4) years of experience in supplier relationship management and procurement, or other equivalent experience in managing external stakeholders.
- Negotiation An advanced level of English and a working knowledge of French are required
- Solid relational skills and good management of stakeholders: listening, negotiation,
- Conflict management, communication and intercultural skills in an international context.
- Ability to be flexible, pragmatic and have an analytical work style while having good attention to detail
- Good ability to work independently within international teams in a demanding and constantly changing environment.
