The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking electrical inspectors to join our team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).
Work schedule:
4/10 shift, Monday to Thursday, from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM.

Your challenges :
Perform goods receipt and archiving activities.
Perform documentation analysis, release and tracking activities.
Support the flight line and certification activities.
Manage all files, registrations and regulations applicable to the aircraft.
Maintain aircraft logbooks in accordance with quality audits and perform other related duties.
Other related functions that may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
Your boarding pass :
Secondary School Diploma (SSD): This is the minimum requirement.
College education (major asset): An ACS or DCS in logistics, office automation, or documentation is highly preferred.
Regulatory knowledge: Training or a solid understanding of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), specifically the sections on maintenance and technical records, is often required upon hiring.
AND
Management systems (ERP/CMMS): Proficiency in specialized software such as SAP, Maximo, Maintenix, or AMOS. These tools are used to track the lifecycle of aircraft components.
Digital document management: Proficiency with electronic archiving tools and databases (advanced Excel is essential).
Technical reading: Ability to understand work orders, maintenance release certificates (Form 1), and airworthiness directives.
Configuration control: Ensuring that records accurately reflect the aircraft's physical condition (e.g., verifying that the installed serial number matches the record).
Experience in a regulated environment: Prior experience in a field where traceability is essential (pharmaceutical, medical, military, or aerospace) is a significant advantage.
Languages: French: Excellent command for report writing and internal communication. English (Advanced level): Required. Almost all maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and correspondence with manufacturers are in English. You must be able to detect subtle errors in English-language technical documents.
