Starting salary: $23.36/hour - Up to $38.15 after 8 years of continuous service, as stipulated in the applicable collective agreement.

Shift premiums: Evening shift – $1.00 per hour worked between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. Night shift – $1.50 per hour worked between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
No experience is required.
What will you do today?
As part of a dynamic team, you collaborate with other team members to ensure that aircraft are loaded and unloaded efficiently, ensuring the safety and punctuality of flights. You may perform functions associated with baggage and connecting passenger baggage, or work on the ramp to execute numerous tasks necessary for successful operations.

Job requirements
In our work environment, teamwork is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet. This is physically demanding work that involves staying in motion on the ramp and in the baggage room. Since our operations run year-round, you must be ready to work in all weather conditions.
- To join us, you must:
- Hold a valid driver’s licence – driving heavy equipment on the ramp will be required;
- Be able to repeatedly lift loads of 32 kg (70 lb);
- Pass a medical evaluation, including drug and alcohol screening;
- Be available to take and successfully complete a paid, five- to seven-week full-time training program;
- Be available to work rotating shifts over a 24-hour period (including weekends and holidays);
- Pay attention to safety and security;
- Demonstrate solid communication skills and the ability to work within a team, every day;
- Show punctuality and reliability to support the team's overall success in a fast-paced environment;
- Be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations (please consult Transport Canada's website for more details);
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the country concerned at the time the job offer is made. The search for any necessary work permits/visas or other authorizations is the sole responsibility of candidates for this position.
