Job Description
A leader in the design, manufacture and delivery of aerospace products, services and solutions — a commercial aircraft manufacturer with Space, Defense and Helicopter divisions.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the sector AOS lead in implementing AOS tools and standards (Airbus Operating System), including Chronos (an application for tracking aircraft progress and capturing anomalies (NVA)).
- Ensuring the transfer of AOS knowledge to team leads, supervisors and natural teams.
- Coaching daily routines aimed at meeting the plan and improving station performance.
- Supporting the advancement of AOS maturity.
- Supporting the analysis of station performance.
- Acting as the local point of contact for AOS standards.
- Capturing Chronos improvement opportunities.
Requirements
As an ideal candidate:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant program.
- You have 2 to 5 years of Operations experience in a management or continuous improvement role.
- You can influence first- and second-line managers.
- You have a strong interest in coaching.
- You are drawn to shop-floor work.
- You have scheduling flexibility to coach day and evening routines.
- You are bilingual in French and English.
