Job Description

A leader in the design, manufacture and delivery of aerospace products, services and solutions — a commercial aircraft manufacturer with Space, Defense and Helicopter divisions.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the sector AOS lead in implementing AOS tools and standards (Airbus Operating System), including Chronos (an application for tracking aircraft progress and capturing anomalies (NVA)).
• Ensuring the transfer of AOS knowledge to team leads, supervisors and natural teams.
• Coaching daily routines aimed at meeting the plan and improving station performance.
• Supporting the advancement of AOS maturity.
• Supporting the analysis of station performance.
• Acting as the local point of contact for AOS standards.
• Capturing Chronos improvement opportunities.

Requirements

As an ideal candidate:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant program.
• You have 2 to 5 years of Operations experience in a management or continuous improvement role.
• You can influence first- and second-line managers.
• You have a strong interest in coaching.
• You are drawn to shop-floor work.
• You have scheduling flexibility to coach day and evening routines.
• You are bilingual in French and English.
