Job Description

A leader in the design, manufacture and delivery of aerospace products, services and solutions, Commercial aircraft manufacturer, with Space and Defense divisions as well as helicopters.

In your duties, you will be required to:

• Support the sector's AOS lead in the implementation of AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards, including Chronos (application for tracking aircraft progress and capturing hazards (NVA));

• Ensure the transfer of AOS knowledge to managers, supervisors and natural teams;

• Coach daily routines aimed at respecting the plan and improving workstation performance;

• Support the progression of AOS maturity;

• Support the analysis of workstation performance;

• Be the local contact for AOS standards;

• Capture Chronos improvement opportunities.

Requirements

As an ideal candidate:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or other relevant program;

• You have between 2 and 5 years of experience in Operations, in a management or continuous improvement role;

• You know how to influence first and second level managers;

• You have a strong interest in coaching;

• You are attracted to the factory floor;

• You have flexibility in your schedule to coach day and evening routines;

• You are bilingual (French and English).
