Job Description
A leader in the design, manufacture, and delivery of aerospace products, services, and solutions, Commercial Aircraft Manufacturer, with Space and Defense divisions as well as helicopters.
In your functions, you will be called upon to:
- Support the sector AOS lead in the implementation of AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards, including Chronos (an application allowing aircraft progress tracking and capture of non-value-added events (NVA));
- Ensure the transfer of AOS knowledge to managers, supervisors, and natural teams;
- Coach daily routines aimed at schedule compliance and station performance improvement;
- Support the progression of AOS maturity;
- Support the analysis of station performance;
- Be the local contact for AOS standards;
- Capture Chronos improvement opportunities.
Requirements
As the ideal candidate:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant program;
- You possess between 2 and 5 years of experience in Operations, in a management or continuous improvement role;
- You know how to demonstrate influence with first and second-level managers;
- You have a marked interest in coaching;
- You have an attraction for the shop floor;
- You have schedule flexibility to coach day and evening routines;
- You are bilingual (French and English).
