Job Description

The position is located at an international pioneer in the aerospace industry. A leader in the design, manufacture, and delivery of aerospace products, services, and solutions to customers worldwide. A manufacturer of commercial aircraft, with Space and Defense divisions as well as helicopters.

In your role, your scope of intervention will be a Mirabel sector (PreFAL, FAL, custo line, paint shop...).

In your duties, you will be required to:

  • Support the sector's AOS lead in the implementation of AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards, including Chronos (application for tracking aircraft progress and capturing anomalies (NVA));
  • Ensure the transfer of AOS knowledge to managers, supervisors, and natural teams;
  • Coach daily routines aimed at respecting the plan and improving workstation performance;
  • Support the progression of AOS maturity;
  • Support the analysis of workstation performance;
  • Be the local contact for AOS standards;
  • Capture Chronos improvement opportunities.

Requirements

As an ideal candidate:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant program;
  • You have between 2 and 5 years of experience in Operations, in a management or continuous improvement role;
  • You know how to influence first and second-level managers;
  • You have a strong interest in coaching;
  • You have an attraction for the shop floor;
  • You have schedule flexibility to coach day and evening routines;
  • You are bilingual (French and English).
