AOS Agent (Airbus Operating System)

The position is located at an international pioneer of the aerospace industry. Leader in the design, manufacturing and delivery of aerospace products, services and solutions to customers globally. Commercial aircraft manufacturer, with Space and Defense divisions as well as helicopters.

In your role, your scope of intervention will be a Mirabel sector (PreFAL, FAL, custo line, paint shop...).

In your functions, you will be called upon to:

• Support the sector AOS lead in the implementation of AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards, including Chronos (application allowing the tracking of aircraft progress and the capture of hazards (NVA));
• Ensure the transfer of AOS knowledge to leaders, supervisors and natural teams;
• Coach daily routines aimed at respecting the plan and improving station performance;
• Support the progression of AOS maturity;
• Support the analysis of station performance;
• Be the local interlocutor for AOS standards;
• Capture Chronos improvement opportunities.

As the ideal candidate:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or another relevant program;
• You have between 2 and 5 years of experience in Operations, in a management or continuous improvement role;
• You know how to demonstrate influence with first and second level managers;
• You have a marked interest in coaching;
• You have an attraction for the shop floor;
• You have schedule flexibility to coach day and evening routines;
• You are bilingual (French and English).
