The position is located at an international pioneer of the aerospace industry. Leader in the design, manufacturing, and delivery of aerospace products, services, and solutions to customers globally. Commercial aircraft manufacturer, with Space and Defense divisions as well as helicopters.

In your role, your scope of intervention will be a Mirabel sector (PreFAL, FAL, custo line, paint shop...).

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

Support the sector's AOS lead in implementing AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards, including Chronos (an application allowing the tracking of aircraft progress and the capture of non-value-added events (NVA));
Ensure the transfer of AOS knowledge to managers, supervisors, and natural teams;
Coach daily routines aimed at respecting the plan and improving station performance;
Support the progression of AOS maturity;
Support the analysis of station performance;
Be the local point of contact for AOS standards;
Capture Chronos improvement opportunities.
