Job Description

In your role, your scope of intervention will be a Mirabel sector (PreFAL, FAL, custo line, paint shop...).

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

Support the sector AOS lead in implementing AOS (Aviation Operating System) tools and standards, including Chronos (an application allowing the tracking of aircraft progress and the capture of issues (NVA));
Ensure the transfer of AOS knowledge to managers, supervisors, and natural teams;
Coach daily routines aimed at respecting the plan and improving station performance;
Support the progression of AOS maturity;
Support the analysis of station performance;
Be the local contact for AOS standards;
Capture opportunities for Chronos improvement.

Requirements

As the ideal candidate:

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant program;
You possess between 2 and 5 years of experience in Operations, in a management or continuous improvement role;
You know how to demonstrate influence with first and second-level managers;
You have a strong interest in coaching;
You have an attraction for the shop floor;
You have schedule flexibility to coach day and evening routines;
You are bilingual (French and English).
