Responsibilities

• Support the sector AOS lead in the implementation of AOS (Airbus Operating System) tools and standards, including Chronos (an application for tracking aircraft progress and capturing deviations (NVA));
• Ensure the transfer of AOS knowledge to managers, supervisors, and natural teams;
• Coach daily routines aimed at respecting the schedule and improving station performance;
• Support the progression of AOS maturity;
• Support station performance analysis;
• Be the local interlocutor for AOS standards;
• Capture Chronos improvement opportunities.

Profile sought

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant program;
• You have between 2 and 5 years of experience in Operations, in a management or continuous improvement role;
• You know how to demonstrate influence with first- and second-level managers;
• You have a marked interest in coaching;
• You have an attraction for the shop floor;
• You have schedule flexibility to coach day and evening routines;
• You are bilingual (French and English).
