The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Supply Management Agent to join our Procurement Operations Airframe team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with multifunctional teams based in Mirabel, Qc, Mobile, AL or anywhere in the world.

You will be part of the Procurement Operations team in charge of the procurement of all the parts required to build the A220 aircraft.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Supply Management Agent will be to ensure the delivery of required parts on time and of good quality to our customer which is the production line.

Your challenges:

  • Validate requirements and ensure delivery execution of purchase orders

  • Manage purchase order placement and administration of related activities (receiving, snags, invoices, inventory, safety stock settings...).

  • Analyze delivery delays and prioritize supplier deliveries to minimize the impact on the production chain

  • Manage the short and long term operational plan (retrofit, shortages, etc.)

  • Monitor supply chain performance (reception, stores, transport, shipping, etc.) and manage discrepancies

  • Ensure supplier interaction (on-site or remote visits) with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive measures

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams such as Supply Chain Quality Management (SCQM), Compliance Management (CM), Engineering, Methods, Quality, Production and Strategic Procurement.

  • Manage non-quality parts (Repair, Returns, etc.)

  • Provide global visibility of stock levels. Obtain and follow supplier action plans to maintain optimal levels

  • Define the recovery plan with the production teams if necessary. Understand the overall “VSM” (Value Stream Mapping) of your respective products.

Your boarding pass:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in operations management or industrial management OR a college diploma in the same fields, with two (2) years or more of experience.

  • You have good priority management and multitasking skills.

  • You have good knowledge of software such as Excel, Google suites.

  • You have knowledge and experience with SAP.

  • Having an APICS certification is an asset.

  • You are bilingual (French and English written and spoken).

  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
