Part-time Customer Service Agent: $2.50/hour premium

- This is a fast-paced call center position: You will work in a structured shift environment, operating year-round, including holidays. Flexibility and comfort with shift work are essential.

Main duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in the call center.
- Track shipments, perform WorldTracer transactions, and tasks for the Lost and Found department.
- Prepare files, ensure data entry, and manage customer interactions using various freight systems.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding lost, delayed, misrouted, or damaged shipments.
- Establish freight rates, routing, and shipping procedures, including reception and delivery.
- Use a cloud-based customer relationship management system to manage customer requests by phone and email.
Qualifications
- Experience in aviation and/or transport, an asset;
- Experience in tourism and hospitality, an asset;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with colleagues and clients by building strong relationships;
- Customer service oriented, organized, and excellent time management;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, to ensure on-time departures, while ensuring safety at all times;
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products, preferably;
- Punctuality and reliability to support the overall success of the team in a fast-paced environment;
- Candidates must be able to work shifts in a constantly active operational environment, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays;
- You must attend and successfully complete a mandatory full-time, paid five-week training program to retain your employment;
