In your duties, you will be called upon to:

· Validate requirements and ensure the execution of purchase order delivery

· Manage purchase order placement and administration of related activities (receiving, snags, invoices, inventory, safety stock parameters...).

· Analyze delivery delays and prioritize supplier deliveries to minimize impact on the production line

· Manage short and long-term operational plans (retrofit, shortages...)

· Monitor supply chain performance (receiving, warehouses, transport, shipping...) and manage discrepancies

· Ensure supplier interaction (onsite or remote visits) with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive measures

· Establish strong relationships with internal teams such as Supply Chain Quality Management (SCQM), Compliance Management (CM), engineering, methods, quality, production, and strategic sourcing.

· Manage non-quality parts (Repair, Returns...)

· Provide global visibility of stock levels. Obtain and track supplier action plans to maintain an optimal level

· Define the recovery plan with production teams if necessary. Understand the global VSM (Value Stream Mapping) of your respective products.

As the ideal candidate,

· You hold a bachelor's degree in operations management or industrial management OR a college diploma in the same fields, with two (2) or more years of experience.

· You have good priority management and multitasking skills.

· You have good knowledge of software such as Excel, Access, and Lotus Notes.

· You have knowledge and experience with SAP.

· You have an APICS certification.

· You are bilingual (written and spoken French and English).

· You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
