The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking a Structural Methods Agent to join our Configuration Methods Team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. In this role, you will work closely with the engineering, quality, and production teams.
You will be part of the Configuration Methods Team, responsible for implementing design solutions, resolving assembly line challenges, and improving product quality.
The team's structure promotes autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

In your role you will be:
- Manage major structural work packages;
- Participate in the development of design solutions;
- Be responsible for structural installations;
- Incorporate design changes;
- Sign and approve engineering design modifications;
- Acorss function proect management
- Follow the change management process, such as creating notebooks, action files, tooling requests, etc
Your boarding pass:
- You have a DEC (Diplome d'etudes collégiales) or a Bachelor's degree specializing in aeronautics (construction, maintenance) or mechanical engineering from a recognized educational institution (CEGEP or university);
- You have 5 years of experience in aeronautical configuration or a related field;
- You have a good command of spoken and written French and English;
- You have strong organizational and planning skills;
- You are resourceful, autonomous, and have good problem-solving skills;
- You have good judgment and work well in a multidisciplinary team;
- You have experience in project management;
- You are skilled at leading workshops and work sessions;
- You are proficient in Catia V5, SAP, and the Google Suite.
