What will you do today?
As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with other team members to ensure aircraft are loaded and unloaded efficiently, keeping flights safe and on time. You may perform duties related to luggage, connecting passenger bags, or working on the tarmac to execute numerous tasks necessary for successful operations.

Qualifications
Job Requirements
In our work environment, teamwork is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet. This is physically demanding work that involves staying in motion on the ramp and in the baggage room. Because our activities take place year-round, you must be ready to work in all weather conditions.
To join us, you must:
- Hold a valid driver’s license – you will need to drive heavy equipment on the ramp;
- Be able to repeatedly lift loads of 32 kg (70 lbs);
- Pass a medical evaluation, including a drug and alcohol screening test;
- Be available to attend and successfully complete a paid, full-time training program lasting five to seven weeks;
- Be available to work rotating shifts over a 24-hour period (including weekends and holidays);
- Pay attention to safety and security;
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team every day;
- Show punctuality and reliability to support the overall success of the team in a fast-paced environment;
- Be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearance and additional authorizations (please check the Transport Canada website for details);
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the country at the time the job offer is made. Sourcing any necessary work permits/visas or other authorizations is solely the responsibility of applicants for this position.
