Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (on-site)
Starting pay: $18.15/hour (for the part-time position)

Position type: Part-time
Shift premiums: evening shift – $0.50 per hour worked between 18:00 and 23:00; night shift – $1.00 per hour worked between 23:00 and 06:00.
No prior experience required.
What will you do today?
As part of a dynamic team, you will work with other team members to ensure aircraft are loaded and unloaded efficiently, maintaining safety and on-time operations. You may perform duties related to baggage and transfer baggage, or work on the ramp to complete the many tasks required for successful operations.

Qualifications
Position requirements
Teamwork is essential in our workplace to ensure the smooth running of our fleet operations. This is a physically demanding job that involves being active on the ramp and in the baggage hall. As our operations run year‑round, you must be prepared to work in all weather conditions.
To join us, you must:
- Hold a valid driver's license — you will be required to operate heavy equipment on the ramp.
- Be able to repeatedly lift loads of 32 kg (70 lb).
- Pass a medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening.
- Be available to attend and successfully complete a paid full‑time training program of five to seven weeks.
- Be available to work rotating shifts over a 24‑hour period (including weekends and public holidays).
- Be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transport security clearances and additional authorizations (see Transport Canada for details).
- Demonstrate attention to safety and security.
- Show strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team every day.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability to support overall team success in a fast‑paced environment.
- Be authorized to work in the country where the role is posted at the time the offer is made. Obtaining any required work permits/visas or other authorizations is the sole responsibility of the candidate.
