Shift premiums: Evening shift – $0.50 per hour worked between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Night shift – $1.00 per hour worked between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

What will you do today?
As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with other team members to ensure aircraft are loaded and unloaded efficiently, safely and on time. You may perform duties related to baggage and connecting passenger luggage or work on the ramp to execute the many tasks necessary for successful operations.

Job Requirements
- In our workplace, teamwork is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet. This is physically demanding work that involves staying in motion on the ramp and in the baggage room. Because our operations run year-round, you must be ready to work in all weather conditions.
- To join us, you must:
- Hold a valid driver's license – you will need to drive heavy equipment on the ramp;
- Be able to repeatedly lift loads weighing 32 kg (70 lbs);
- Pass a medical evaluation, including a drug and alcohol screening test;
- Be available to attend and successfully complete a five-to-seven-week full-time paid training program;
- Be available to work rotating shifts over a 24-hour period (including weekends and holidays);
- Pay attention to safety and security;
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team every day.
- Show punctuality and reliability to support the team's overall success in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearance and additional authorizations (please check the Transport Canada website for details).
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the country concerned at the time the job offer is made. Finding any work permit/visas or other necessary authorizations is the sole responsibility of candidates for this position.
