Shift premiums: Evening shift – $0.50 per hour worked between 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Night shift – $1.00 per hour worked between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

What will you do today?
As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with other team members to ensure aircraft are loaded and unloaded efficiently, ensuring flight safety and on-time performance. You may be required to perform duties specifically related to baggage and connecting passenger luggage or work on the tarmac to execute the many tasks necessary for successful operations.

Job Requirements
In our work environment, teamwork is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet. This is a physically demanding job that involves staying in motion airside and in the baggage room. Because our operations run year-round, you must be ready to work in all weather conditions.
To join us, you must:
- Hold a valid driver’s license – you will need to drive heavy equipment airside;
- Be able to repeatedly lift 32 kg (70 lb) loads;
- Pass a medical evaluation, including drug and alcohol screening;
- Be available to attend and successfully complete a paid nine (9) to ten (10) week full-time training program;
- Be available to work rotating shifts over a 24-hour period (including weekends and holidays);
- Pay close attention to safety and security;
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team every day;
- Show punctuality and reliability to support the overall success of the team in a fast-paced environment;
- Be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transport security clearances, as well as additional authorizations (please check the Transport Canada website for details);
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the country concerned at the time the job offer is made. Finding any necessary work permits/visas or other authorizations is the sole responsibility of candidates for this position.
