Shift premiums: evening shift — $0.50 per hour worked between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Night shift — $1.00 per hour worked between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

What will you do today?
As part of a dynamic team, you will work with team members to ensure aircraft are loaded and unloaded efficiently while maintaining flight safety and on-time performance. You may perform related duties including handling baggage and transferring connecting passenger baggage, or work on the ramp completing the many tasks required for successful operations.

Job requirements
Teamwork is essential in our workplace to ensure smooth operations of our fleet. This is a physically demanding role requiring constant movement on the ramp and in the baggage hall. As operations run year-round, you must be prepared to work in all weather conditions.
To join us, you must:
- Hold a valid driver's licence — you will be required to operate heavy equipment on the ramp;
- Be able to repeatedly lift loads of 32 kg (70 lb);
- Pass a medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening;
- Be available to attend and successfully complete a paid full-time training program of nine (9) to ten (10) weeks;
- Be available to work rotating shifts across a 24-hour period (including weekends and holidays);
- Demonstrate attention to safety and security;
- Show strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team every day;
- Be punctual and reliable to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment;
- Be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations;
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the relevant country at the time the job is offered. Obtaining any work permits/visas or other required authorizations is the responsibility of the candidate.
