Shift premiums: Evening shift - $0.50 per hour worked between 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Night shift - $1.00 per hour worked between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

What will you do today?
As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with other team members to ensure that the loading and unloading of aircraft are carried out efficiently, ensuring the safety and punctuality of flights. You may be required to perform duties associated with baggage and connecting passenger luggage or to work on the tarmac to execute the many tasks necessary for successful operations.

Job Requirements
In our work environment, teamwork is essential to ensure the smooth operation of our fleet. This is physically demanding work that involves staying in motion on the ramp and in the baggage room. As our operations take place year-round, you must be prepared to work in all weather conditions.
To join us, you must:
- Hold a valid driver's license - you will need to drive heavy equipment on the tarmac;
- Be able to repeatedly lift 32 kg (70 lbs) loads;
- Pass a medical evaluation, including a drug and alcohol screening test;
- Be available to attend and successfully complete a paid nine (9) to ten (10) week full-time training program;
- Be available to work rotating shifts over a 24-hour period (including weekends and holidays);
- Pay attention to safety and security;
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team every day;
- Show punctuality and reliability to support the overall success of the team in a fast-paced environment;
- Be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearance, as well as additional authorizations (please consult the Transport Canada website for more details);
- Candidates must be legally entitled to work in the country prior to the job offer. The search for any necessary work permits/visas or other required authorizations is the sole responsibility of candidates for this position.
