The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for you! Air Canada is looking for Ramp Agents (Station Attendants) to join its ramp operations team at the Toronto cargo facilities. As this stimulating position comes with various responsibilities, you will need to demonstrate great adaptability as you play a key role in ensuring our aircraft are ready to depart on time, without compromising safety.

What will your day be like?
- As a Ramp Agent (Station Attendant), you will be responsible for baggage and cargo management, as well as operating a wide variety of equipment. You will also:
- Drive and operate vehicles and equipment intended for routine aircraft maintenance
- Guide or tow aircraft to parking positions for customer boarding and deplaning.
- Safely and efficiently process all cargo/mail in our facilities
- Participate in loading and unloading customer cargo and baggage.
- Prepare aircraft for arrivals and departures.
- Please note that operations also include several support positions.

Qualifications
Job Characteristics
Teamwork is essential here. We work together safely and efficiently to keep our fleet moving. This is a physically active role that requires you to be on the ramp or in the baggage room all year round, so you must be prepared to work in any weather condition.
To join us, you must have:
- A valid driver's license
- Availability for shift work
- Ability to lift 70 lbs
- Pass a medical evaluation, including a drug and alcohol test
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability to support the overall success of the team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all applicable transport security clearances and other additional accreditations. Please consult the Transport Canada website for more details.
