Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • Be the voice of Transat by answering incoming calls from customers and travel agents (reservations, flight changes, etc...)
  • Promote Transat products (e.g., seat selection, baggage, special services, insurance, etc.)
  • Support customers in navigating our websites.
  • Provide exceptional service, marked by listening, empathy, and professionalism.

What we provide you

  • A schedule defined according to operational needs, confirmed in advance and adapted to your seniority and preferences.
  • Personalized training and integration to master our products and systems. 2 to 3 days in person will be required for training and integration.
  • Two options to work according to your lifestyle:
    • At the Montreal office, at 300 Léo-Pariseau, a stone's throw from Mount Royal Park.
    • In hybrid mode, according to your flexibility.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Comfortable with computer tools and various systems.
  • Day shift: Variable schedule of approximately 37.5 hours/week, 7 days a week, with the possibility of shifts between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., depending on preferences, availability, and seniority.
  • Minimum of one year of call center experience.
  • Experience in the travel field is an asset.
  • Recognized for your excellence in customer service.
  • Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).*
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is an asset.

*A good command of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will need to communicate frequently in English, orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, or other stakeholders, both in Quebec and internationally.
