Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyze large datasets from ERP, supply chain and operational systems.
• Develop actionable insights to support purchasing decisions and evaluate supplier performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce reports for management.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Translate operational requirements into data models and visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy and performance optimization.
• Use Databricks and SQL tools to transform and prepare data.
• Support the development of scalable data pipelines.
• Leverage AI tools such as Copilot to enhance analysis and reporting efficiency.
• Support automation and predictive analytics initiatives.
• Analyze expenditures, supplier performance and purchasing trends.
• Support sourcing strategies and cost optimization.
• Work with supply chain, finance and operations stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate relevant information to business partners.

Profile:

• Solid experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SQL and Databricks.
• Familiarity with AI tools and Copilot.
• Knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in data analysis, engineering, supply chain or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in data analysis or supply chain analysis.

Key skills:

• Bilingual in English and French (intermediate French level accepted)
• Experience in designing and developing analytical platforms with Power BI
• Hands-on experience developing solutions with Databricks
• Experience creating and deploying artificial intelligence (AI) agents and AI-based business solutions
• Experience with SAP systems and associated business processes
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially for data analysis, reporting and automation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly explain processes, workflows and technical concepts to various stakeholders
