Responsibilities
- Collect, clean and analyze large datasets from ERP, supply chain and operational systems.
- Develop actionable insights to support purchasing decisions and evaluate supplier performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce reports for management.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Translate operational requirements into data models and visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy and performance optimization.
- Use Databricks and SQL tools to transform and prepare data.
- Support the development of scalable data pipelines.
- Leverage AI tools such as Copilot to enhance analysis and reporting efficiency.
- Support automation and predictive analytics initiatives.
- Analyze expenditures, supplier performance and purchasing trends.
- Support sourcing strategies and cost optimization.
- Work with supply chain, finance and operations stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate relevant information to business partners.
Profile:
- Solid experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SQL and Databricks.
- Familiarity with AI tools and Copilot.
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in data analysis, engineering, supply chain or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in data analysis or supply chain analysis.
Key skills:
- Bilingual in English and French (intermediate French level accepted)
- Experience in designing and developing analytical platforms with Power BI
- Hands-on experience developing solutions with Databricks
- Experience creating and deploying artificial intelligence (AI) agents and AI-based business solutions
- Experience with SAP systems and associated business processes
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially for data analysis, reporting and automation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly explain processes, workflows and technical concepts to various stakeholders
