Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from ERP systems, supply chain, and operational systems.
- Develop actionable insights to support purchasing decisions and evaluate supplier performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce reports for management.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Translate operational requirements into data models and visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy and performance optimization.
- Use Databricks and SQL tools to transform and prepare data.
- Support the development of scalable data pipelines.
- Leverage AI tools such as Copilot to improve analysis and reporting efficiency.
- Support automation and predictive analytics initiatives.
- Analyze spending, supplier performance, and purchasing trends.
- Support procurement strategies and cost optimization.
- Work with stakeholders in the supply chain, finance, and operations departments.
- Clearly communicate relevant information to business partners.
Profile:
- Strong experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Databricks.
- Familiarity with AI tools and Copilot.
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in data analysis, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in data analysis or supply chain analysis.
Key Skills:
- Bilingual in English and French (intermediate level in French accepted)
- Experience in designing and developing analytical platforms with Power BI
- Hands-on experience in developing solutions with Databricks
- Experience in creating and deploying artificial intelligence (AI) agents and AI-based business solutions
- Experience with SAP systems and associated business processes
- Excellent mastery of Microsoft Excel, notably for data analysis, report production, and automation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly explain processes, workflows, and technical concepts to various stakeholders
