What you will accomplish as a "Methods Agent Operations Support":Work schedule WEEKEND
- Act as a leader in solving technical problems by coordinating activities with other support services and technically supporting the entire problem-solving process: including writing and executing plans, recommendations, and implementing changes;
- Manage short and/or medium-term projects to optimize production, reduce costs, and eliminate non-value-added activities;
- Harmonize the implementation of engineering or assembly strategy changes by working closely with engineering, material logistics, quality, and production departments;
- Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components;
- Define the necessary tools for manufacturing or assembling aircraft components to ensure the required geometric tolerancing;
- Be alert to ways to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies and participate in research and development projects;
- Optimize the processes of writing our work instructions and first production control.

Required skills and qualifications:
- You hold a college diploma in engineering or equivalent;
- You have at least two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
- You have experience in the aeronautics field;
- You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- You are very familiar with SAP and MS Office software, including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel. You have knowledge of Catia V5;
- You are a good team player with strong communication skills, ensuring interface with the many involved business partners;
- You must demonstrate superior organizational and leadership skills and be comfortable in a dynamic and changing work environment.
