  • Perform ground maneuvers for incoming and outgoing aircraft on landing and takeoff, taking care to secure the aircraft and provide valet service and baggage handling, if necessary;
  • Drive tanker trucks – full of fuel and fuel orders for aircraft;
  • Loading and receiving fuel at storage facilities;
  • Perform quality checks of aviation fuel through various tests and procedures;
  • Record aviation fuel quality check results and fueling equipment on applicable forms;
  • Tow aircraft into and out of hangars and onto the tarmac and runways;
  • Provide various types of ground services for aircraft (connecting generators, disposing of waste and wastewater, supplying potable water, etc.);
  • Ensure the readiness and full of de-icing equipment in case of snow;
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct with clients and colleagues;
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all facilities and equipment;
  • Other duties as needed.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • High school diploma or GED [General Educational Development] test, mandatory
  • Valid Class G driver's license with ability to obtain a DZ license;
  • Aviation experience, considered an asset;
  • Team spirit and good communication skills;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Mechanical knowledge, considered an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb (22.5 kg);
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather/environmental conditions.
