What are your contributions to the team?

  • Define, monitor, and manage supplier capacity requests and assessments through KPI, RFQs, and VROM frameworks
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools
  • Lead regular performance reviews and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Support program execution by aligning outsourced activities with aircraft priorities and milestones
  • Act as a liaison with the Programs team to ensure priorities and deliverables are met
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation plans
  • Lead process and change management initiatives across outsource operations
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvement actions
  • Standardize and drive adoption of best practices
  • Develop and maintain a centralized database for:
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to support decision-making

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have experience in project leadership, logistics, or supplier management
  • You are comfortable working with performance metrics (KPIs) and data analysis
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • You are proactive, structured, and results-oriented
  • You are able to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • You have a minimum of 5 years elu2019 relevant experience in supply chain/logistics
  • You are bilingual (French and English, both written and spoken)
  • You have strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
