Support Cargo Operations and Frankfurt office administration requirements.
Responsibilities
- Counter service Cargo acceptance in accordance with company, customs, TC, IATA, and other competent authority regulations.
- Accept dangerous goods for transport by Air Canada, in accordance with Company regulations, Transport Canada, and the Civil Aviation Administration of Germany.
- Manage the station's Unit Load Device (ULD) inventory and liaise with Network Control - Air Canada Cargo in YYZ to ensure that necessary equipment is always available in Frankfurt to support passenger and cargo operations.
- Implement the loading plan and coordinate with the warehouse or ramp team to optimize space or payload utilization for each flight.
- Make annotations in S4A/SmartLOAD. Monitor and coordinate ramp activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding cargo handling and packaging requirements, as well as special services.
- Handle operational irregularities and disruptions.
- Manage and replenish office forms, labels, and stationery stocks.
- Monitor high-value ULD preparations or high-tech product shipments to prevent pilferage incidents when goods are in the cargo terminal.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the air cargo industry.
- Two years of relevant work experience.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the country concerned at the time a job offer is presented and are responsible for obtaining work permits, visas, or other necessary authorizations. Proof of eligibility must be provided before the start date.
Language Requirements
Bilingualism (English and German).
