To support this growth and optimize our manufacturing operations, A.T.L.A.S. Aéronautik inc. is looking for an import – export agent.
The chosen person will play a key role in managing goods flows, ensuring that each reception and shipment takes place efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with our quality standards. If you are organized, dynamic, and recognized for your reliability, this position is for you. Ready to board?
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and follow up on customer requests;
- Verify that the information and documents required for processing files are complete, accurate, and compliant;
- Perform data entry and update files in the various computer systems/platforms;
- Monitor the status of products in delivery, return, or movement (subcontractors);
- Collaborate with the operations team to contribute to compliance with deadlines, costs, and customer requirements;
- React quickly to unforeseen events and contribute to the resolution of operational or administrative issues;
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as applicable regulatory, customs, and documentary requirements;
- Process special requests and more complex situations in collaboration with the people concerned;
- Receive goods and verify their conformity according to established documents and procedures;
- Prepare, pack, and ship orders respecting deadlines and the requirements of carriers and customers;
- Ensure the accuracy of inventory movements in the systems in place;
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment compliant with health and safety standards;
- Collaborate with the various teams to ensure an efficient logistics flow.

Required Qualification
- Experience in transport logistics, inventory management, international trade, or a related field
- Bilingualism (French and English) orally and in writing
- Customer service experience in an operational environment
Working Conditions
- Hourly wage between $25.48 and $29.35
- Group insurance 50% paid by the employer, including dental care
