About the project:
We are looking for two resources to support warehouse operations, mainly in receiving, picking, kitting, material handling, and basic ERP/MRP transactions.
Good computer proficiency (ERP), rigor, and autonomy are essential to succeed in this role.

Profile
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, kitting, material management, or inventory environment.
- A minimum of computer proficiency would be ideal. If ERP experience is hard to find, we can also consider profiles more focused on kitting and warehouse operations.
- French/English bilingualism is an asset. A primarily French-speaking or English-speaking candidate could nevertheless be considered depending on their level of autonomy and experience.
Responsibilities
- ERP systems / inventory management systems;
- Data entry and validation;
- Transactions for receiving, transferring, issuing, and moving material;
- Stock consultation and tracking in a system;
- Excel and common computer tools;
- Rapid learning of new digital systems and processes.
- Prepare kits and material required for operations.
- Receive, move, and store material in a safe and organized manner.
- Prepare and process orders according to operational needs.
- Perform inventory control and tracking.
- Ensure the accuracy of transactions and quantities entered into systems.
- Verify material movements and ensure stock compliance.
- Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail in order to maintain data and inventory accuracy.
