Logistics Agent

Collins Aerospace is currently looking for A Logistic Agent in Mirabel Quebec

Work Shift: Monday - Friday (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm)

What You Will Do

• Goods Receiving & Shipping
• Load and unload trucks.
• Greet carriers at loading and unloading docks.
• Physically receive goods and validate them against shipping documents.
• Verify the accuracy of information contained in certificates of conformity.
• Enter data related to goods receipts and shipments.
• Perform data entry in the various company systems in accordance with established procedures.
• Put received goods into inventory and ensure proper follow-up.
• Pick, pack, and ship goods according to customer specifications and/or company procedures.
• Prepare documentation for carriers and, when required, for customs, including delivery notes, loading orders, and other specific documents.
• Line-Side Component Delivery
• Ensure that components are delivered to the production line in the correct quantity, quality, orientation, and in synchronization with operations.
• Prepare chemicals so that they are available for use on production lines.
• Continuous Improvement & HSE
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities in cooperation with colleagues and technical support teams.
• Keep equipment and surrounding areas clean and safe.
• Perform other related duties as required within the scope of the position.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires; Diploma in aircraft maintenance technology, or DEP in aircraft mechanical assembly, or equivalent.
• Three or more years of experience in a similar position.
• Good command of both French and English, spoken and written.
• Forklift experience (required certification/license).
