Our Airbus Atlantique site based in Mirabel is looking for its future Methods Configuration Agent:
As part of a team of about fifteen people, your main task will be to liaise with the Production sector to provide technical support to production operators and master an assembly line in terms of industrialization and assembly.
Under the supervision of the Methods (Preparation) manager for the G7500 and A220 programs for the Airbus Atlantique Canada site in Mirabel, your responsibility will be to master the assembly phases of the stations to which you will be assigned and you must anticipate the associated risks. Your daily work must be done in compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities
You will mainly have to, but not be limited to:
Interpret, verify, and check drawings and other documents from the engineering department;
Be able to understand, interpret, and plan ATP tests on aircraft;
Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.
Prepare and present projects for validation with the various functions of the company.
Drive project monitoring meetings and keep the various monitoring files up to date.
Keep performance indices up to date.
Manage activities of the different project phases: feasibility study, project mandate and business plan, acquisition, implementation, and entry into production.
Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working in close collaboration with the engineering, materials logistics, quality, and production departments.
Manage change requests occurring during the realization of projects.

Required Skills
You have a college or university diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aeronautical manufacturing, or any other relevant diploma.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in methods.
Experience in the aeronautical sector and in production support in medium series.
Knowledge of assembly processes (key characteristics of a simple or complex assembly tooling, capability analysis tool...)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Ability to use and interpret aeronautical standards.
Knowledge of systems (hydraulic, pneumatic).
Ability to create a manufacturing sequence and/or interpret it.
Master the principles of tolerancing and dimension chains.
Knowledge of elementary parts would be a plus.
Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, Catia V5.
Proactive.
Team spirit, responsiveness, rigor.
French & English: spoken & written.
