YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🎯
- Analyze technical documentation, drawings, electrical schematics, and engineering data to define installation and assembly methods for avionics systems.
- Develop, modify, and maintain work instructions and manufacturing documentation for production teams.
- Define assembly sequences, installation methods, tooling, and resources required to perform the work.
- Provide technical support to production when issues arise during assembly or installation activities.
- Analyze non-conformities and propose corrective solutions to resolve issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Configuration Management teams.
- Support the implementation of engineering changes and ensure their integration into manufacturing methods and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce assembly time, minimize errors, and optimize costs.
- Ensure that defined methods comply with applicable technical, quality, and aerospace certification requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback regarding the manufacturability and installability of avionics systems.
YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS 💎
- DEC or degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing methods, production, assembly, or technical support within the aerospace industry.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of avionics systems, aerospace wiring (EWIS), and installation methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- French proficiency; functional English depending on the position requirements.
