Your Challenges:

• Define and write work instructions and sequences, according to engineering requirements and company specifications, for the installation of mechanical and structural components on test benches or test aircraft using various software such as SAP, CATIA V5.
• Participate in root cause investigation of problems and analyze potential solutions by evaluating costs, impacts, and risks of an aircraft change.
• Participate in meetings for the planning and implementation of production changes or the introduction of new configurations on test benches or test aircraft.
• Support daily Flight Test manufacturing activities.
• Participate in defining tooling requirements, assembly, and implementation of various production equipment using optimal methodology while taking health and safety components into account.
• Review and sign various engineering documents (Drawings, NIEO's, AMO's).

Your Profile:

• You have 5 to 10 years of experience in configuration management of mechanical and structural installations, as a Methods Agent, in aeronautics or a manufacturing industry.
• You have completed a DEC in aeronautics, mechanical and structural specialty, or a university degree in mechanical engineering or another related specialty.
• You have a very good command of SAP processes and transactions related to the Methods Agent functions, visual management software such as 3Dvia is an asset.
• Bilingualism (French - English) orally and in writing is important for communication in the multilingual environment of the client site and technical documentation.
• You have good organizational and planning skills to meet your commitments.
• You are resourceful, autonomous, and motivated with good problem-solving skills.
• You have good judgment and work well within a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in root cause investigation of problems and analyze potential solutions by evaluating costs, impacts, and risks of a production change.
