You will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and improving mechanical or avionic systems.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🎯

  • Solve complex issues related to mechanical systems (troubleshooting) and provide expertise to diagnose critical failures.
  • Develop and optimize functional test procedures for mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements and identifying required specialized tooling.
  • Collaborate with engineering to review, validate, and implement technical requirements for mechanical systems.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee the implementation of production changes while minimizing operational impacts.
  • Provide in-depth technical support to production teams and continuously improve operational processes.

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS 💎

  • DEC in Aircraft Maintenance with a minimum of three to five (3–5) years of experience in aviation.
  • Knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems is essential.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, initiative, and sound technical judgment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
  • Bilingualism, along with strong organizational and communication skills, is also essential.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Macpac, and Quicksilver is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Challenger (Bombardier) products is a strong asset.
