Methods Specialist - FTC (Functional Test Control)

You will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and improving mechanical or avionic systems.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🎯

• Solve complex issues related to avionics systems (troubleshooting) and provide expertise to diagnose critical failures.
• Develop and optimize avionics functional test procedures, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements and identifying the required test equipment and tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering to review, validate, and implement technical requirements related to avionics systems.
• Plan, manage, and oversee the implementation of production changes, while minimizing operational impacts.
• Provide in-depth technical support to production teams during avionics troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Analyze test results, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements to test methods and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the optimization of avionics functional test sequences.

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS 💎

• DEC in Aircraft Maintenance with a minimum of three to five (3–5) years of experience in aviation.
• Knowledge of aircraft avionical systems is essential.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, initiative, and sound technical judgment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Bilingualism, along with strong organizational and communication skills, is also essential.
• Knowledge of SAP, Macpac, and Quicksilver is an asset.
• Knowledge of Challenger (Bombardier) products is a strong asset.
