Methods Agent, Rework

In this role you will be called upon to produce work instructions in collaboration with the engineering, material logistics, quality, and production departments. You will need to be on the lookout for ways to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies in addition to taking part in research and development projects. It is essential to have good logic and a good mechanical mind in order to determine the right assembly sequences.

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

• Establish assembly manuals intended for the assembly/disassembly of aircraft components;
• Participate in the development and optimization of processes linked to the methods function;
• Audit certain processes to validate their proper functioning and provide certain recommendations;
• Manage projects of short and/or medium duration and complexity;
• Technically support daily production activities.

As an ideal candidate, you possess:

• You have a college and/or university diploma in mechanical, avionics, electrical, industrial, or electromechanical engineering, in aeronautical manufacturing or in a related discipline;
• 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in aeronautics, ideally on the A220;
• You have the knowledge to read technical drawings and have good 3D visualization and a good analytical mind;
• You have good logic and a good mechanical mind;
• You have knowledge of computer-aided design software such as Catia, Enovia and also Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP, etc.;
• You have mastery of the French language, both orally and in writing, and you have a good knowledge of the English language.
